Authorize.net, Paypal, and GeoTrust for handling all our online payment
services. Authrize.net, Paypal, and GeoTrust use state-of-art encryption
software, so your data will be securely transmitted and handled (also
128 bits encryption). When you pay us using Authorize.net, your credit
card number will not be given to us.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific
job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to
personally identifiable information.
The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable
information are kept in a
secure environment.

Shipping Policy
Products offered at this site are only available for delivery
within the continental United
States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping rates are
higher for packages
sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to
destinations outside the
U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in
addition to your order.
These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS , FEDEX, or USPS.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items
will be shipped within five
business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be
filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via UPS ground,
Fedex, or USPS. UPS Next Day Air delivery service is available at an
additional cost. UPS Next Day Air service is based on the date your
order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in
48 hours, then shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
Packages shipped to Alaska are shipped via UPS Next Day Air
or UPS 2nd Day Air. This is the only service UPS offers to Alaska.
Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post
office box.
If additional shipping costs are required for shipments
outside the U.S., our customer
service department will contact you by e-mail.

Return and refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any
of our products, lightingsaving will issue to you a refund for the
product only, less a 15% restocking fee, for all unused and unopened
merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the packages. Refunds will
be issued only upon the receipt of unused product. Customer is
responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. If you
have any questions or concerns about returning an item, please email us
and we will provide shipment information.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages and Shipments
Sometimes, a carrier will be unable to deliver a package to
the address provided to them. This can happen if the address
provided is incorrect, or if the person receiving that shipment at that
address refuses it.
If this happens, the package will :
1. Be returned to lightingsaving.com. We will provide a
refund to the buyer for the item, less a 15% restocking fee and the
shipping charges incurred by lightingsaving.com (The cost of shipping
the package to you and back to us) or
2. The customer will provide a new shipping address and we
will reconsign the order. The additional shipping cost due to the
reconsignment will be billed to the customer.
This policy applies to all products, including items that are
featured with free shipping promotions.
Goods Damaged or Lost In Transit
You must physically inspect your goods before accepting them
from the carrier. If there is any damage or any items are missing,
it must be reported to the delivering agent for claim. Once this
has been done, use our online tool to file a Freight Claim. After
the form has been filed, Fax a copy of the notated freight bill to us at
909-786-4153 for precessing. We will take the claim process from
there.
If customer receives a defective product,
www.LightingSaving.com will replace the same item at no cost to the
customer. For non-defective goods, orders can be returned within 7 days
of receipt of the packages.
Customer must notify www.LightingSaving.com to request for a
Return Product. Amount of refund will be the original purchase price
less 15% restocking fee. This fee helps pay for the shipping cost that www.LightingSaving.com incurred in shipping the goods to the customer,
as well as the restocking fee that our suppliers charge
www.LightingSaving.com for the return.
All items must be in its original box, and is in resalable
condition. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to
www.LightingSaving.com.
If the customer misses shipping carrier's multiple delivery
attempts or decides to refuse
package delivery (after changing his mind), amount of refund will be the
original purchase
price less 20% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted for the following
conditions:
- Returning the items without a Order Confirmation Number
(eBay Item Number)
- The product has been used, hung or modified
- Items from custom order specifically requested by the
customer
- Volume order totaling more than $1000
- Purchase order for light bulbs alone do not qualify for
returns
We would like to state that www.etoplight.com does not make
money on customer returns. Our suppliers charge us restocking fee for
returns and there are shipping charges that www.LightingSaving.com
incurs. The 20% restocking fee covers only part of the cost that we
incur.
To return an item, please follow our Return
Procedure.
All credit will be placed on the credit card used for the
original purchase. Allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your (online) statement.
Due to the delicate nature of some of our products and the
inevitable bumps encountered in transit, a product may occasionally
arrive with some damage. If you receive a damaged product, please email
us at lightingsaving@lightingsaving.com. Make sure to include all available
reference information to assist us.
* Please note that failing to return the defective item will result in a
charge of both defective
and replacement items to your account.
Order Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled free without any notice as
long as the item was neither manufactured nor customized specifically
for the customer. Please contact us immediately if you would like to
cancel your order.
If you package has already been shipped, you will be
responsible for returning the
UN-OPENED package, even if the package is shipped prior to the "Expected
Ship Date" on
your order status.
Credit will be issued upon receipt of product. The credit
amount will be the full amount
charged LESS 10% to help cover part of the cost that
www.LightingSaving.com incurs. We'd like to emphasize that our suppliers
charge us restocking fee for returns and there are shipping charges that
www.LightingSaving.com incurs. We absolutely do not make money off of
customer returns. |

the customer, the price jumps 4 to 5
times from the original price.
We take out all bubble
price, even more we take the
overstocks from factory.
That's why the price is so low
but we handle only quality products,

are selling 4 to 5 times expensive.
